By downloading, installing, or using the PawMatch mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
PawMatch is a pet adoption matching platform that connects potential adopters with pets available for rehoming. The App provides swipe-based matching, in-app messaging between matched parties, pet listing management, and optional donation features. PawMatch is not a shelter, rescue organization, or pet store — we facilitate connections between adopters and pet owners or shelters.
You must create an account to use PawMatch. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile and listing pets. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
Pet owners and shelters who list animals on PawMatch are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including breed, age, health status, and temperament. PawMatch does not verify listings and is not a party to any adoption agreement. All adoption arrangements are made directly between matched parties. We strongly recommend meeting in a safe, public location.
PawMatch offers optional donation features. All donations are processed through third-party payment providers. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. PawMatch may retain a processing fee as disclosed at the time of donation.
You agree not to: use PawMatch for commercial pet sales or breeding operations; post misleading or fraudulent pet listings; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; attempt to circumvent the matching system; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or create multiple accounts to manipulate the platform.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of PawMatch and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions) but grant PawMatch a non-exclusive license to display it within the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PawMatch does not guarantee the health, temperament, or history of any listed pet. We do not conduct background checks on users. PawMatch is not responsible for the outcome of any adoption facilitated through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to disputes between users, pet health issues, or failed adoption arrangements.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Account & Security settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

在法律允許的最大範圍內，PawMatch 不對因使用本應用程式而引起的任何間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損害負責，包括但不限於用戶之間的糾紛、寵物健康問題或失敗的領養安排。
我們可能隨時因違反本條款而暫停或終止你的帳號。你可以隨時透過帳號安全設定刪除帳號。終止後，你的資料將按照我們的隱私政策處理。
